What’s Covered:

·         Manufacturing defects, including issues with stitching, zippers, and hardware.

·         Material defects, such as cracks or damage caused by normal use.

 

What’s Not Covered:

·         Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or accidents (e.g., stains, tears, or water damage not related to the bag’s water-resistant feature).

·         Damage due to extended wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, or damage from excessive overpacking.

·         Any modifications made to the bag after purchase.

 

 How to Make a Warranty Claim: If you believe your bag has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at info@onist.com.au within 30 days of discovering the issue. Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and images of the damage. We will assess your claim and determine if a repair, replacement, or refund is necessary.

Warranty Duration: This warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to process any warranty claims.

Note: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
