  • How Earth Friendly Are the Products?

    All the products listed on this site contain as natural ingredients as we could find and almost all are plastic free in their packaging.

    We loathe animal testing and choose products that are cruelty free.

    For the few products we offer that are contained in plastic-based packaging, we encourage you to recycle the items through Terracycle - who offer free shipping to send the packaging to them. See our blog post HERE which provides more details into the recycling programs they offer.

    The most cost-effective shipping option is to use satchels - Terracycle also have a program for recycling these, and you can also recycle the satchels with REDcycle at selected Coles and Woolworth's store. We are aiming to phase out using satchels and choose sustainable shipping options instead.

  • How Soon Will My Package Arrive?

    Orders are processed within 1-2 days of receiving the paid order.

    Shipping is from our location on the Gold Coast, and transported by courier. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by busier times of the year ie Christmas. Please note these are days based on business days, not including weekends:

    East Coast Sydney – Mackay: 1-2 Days

    Rural Qld & NSW: 2-7 Days

    Victoria: 3-5 Days

    Adelaide: 3 Days

    Tasmania: 4 to 7 Days

    Perth, SA, NT & WA – 7 to 10 Days

    Onist ships to addresses within Australia only at this stage. Should you be a New Zealand resident who would like to purchase products please contact us at info@onist.com.au and we can advise if shipping can be arranged and provide a postage quote.

  • I Haven’t Received My Packaging What Do I Do?

    In the rare event your package isn’t delivered within the expected time frame please contact the Onist team at info@onist.com.au and we’ll endeavour to trace/track the parcel or arrange for an alternate solution for you.

  • I Received My Package And The Items Were Damaged, What Do I Do?

    Please contact the team at Onist should the products be damaged at info@onist.com.au and we will arrange to replace the damaged items.
